State Level IAFF Member - I wish to be a member of the Professional Firefighters Association and join the IAFF at the State level. I will submit my first month’s payment on the next screen and set up a bank draft with PROFAM. $25.00/month. This membership includes a $10,000 term life insurance policy.   
Honorary or Life Member – I have been bestowed the distinguished honor by my brothers and sisters. Cost: Free
