Please Read! This PEER committee report on the status of the state's retirement systems was released on 1/23/17.

This report is a very important link to the future of your contributions and your employers contributions to PERS. A LITTLE KNOWN FACT: When revenues fall below 65% for a year, the clock starts! If the second year the revenues fall off again, PERS has the right to go to the Legislature to ask for an increase in Employer Contributions. The Legislature then has the ability to decide if the employers or the employees will be issued the increase. BE AWARE THE CLOCK HAS STARTED AND WE ARE ON OUR SECOND YEAR WITH REVENUES BELOW 65%!
