      A winter storm warning is in effect this Wednesday, December 21st through Friday, December 23rd and the public is being asked to limit travel to essential travel only.  It is for this reason that Fire Administration has made the difficult decision to postpone the 2022-C Graduation Ceremony until next week. Saint Paul Fire is working to reschedule this important ceremony.
      It was nearly 100 degrees outside when the emergency call reached Engine Company 39. A triple-decker in Savin Hill had erupted in flames, and a haze of thick black smoke was all but blanketing the sky.
