Senate Bill 2835 - Mississippi First Responders Health and Safety Act passed the House Floor yesterday! With a vote of 114 to 1. Thank you to all House members for showing your support for fire and law enforcement!
Thank you especially to Lieutenant Governor Reeves and Speaker Gunn along with Representatives Jeff Hale, Scott Delano, Gary Chism, John Reed, and Tracy Arnold and Senators Joel Carter, Videt Carmichael, David Blount, and Tommy Gollott for supporting us.
The bill now moves to conference where 3 House and 3 Senate members will work on the final legislation.
